RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y rhybudd hwn, i wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd y darn o Penrhyn Avenue Llandrillo-yn-Rhos o gyffordd Marine Drive i gyffordd Promenade Rhos. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd y Promenade i College Avenue ac ymlaen i Marine Drive ac i'r gwrthwyneb. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr ac i wasanaethau brys yn cael ei gynnal.

Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ail-wneud y wyneb a daw i rym ar 19 Tachwedd 2025 am gyfnod o hyd at 2 wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) The County Borough of Conwy (Penrhyn Avenue Rhos on Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles proceeding along that length of Penrhyn Avenue, Rhos on Sea from junction of Marine Drive to junction of Rhos Promenade. The alternative route will be via The Promenade to College Avenue and onto Marine Drive and vice versa. Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.

The Order is necessary to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works and comes into effect on 19 November 2025 for a maximum period of 2 weeks.
