What is happening?

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn:-

1. Rhoi terfyn cyflymder dros dro o 10 mya ar hyd y darnau o ffordd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen. Bydd y terfyn 10 mya mewn grym pan fo gwaith corff wedi yn ar waith ar unrhyw ddiwrnod.

2. Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag goddiweddyd ar y rhan honno o'r ffordd.

Mae angen cyfyngwyr cyfyngiad ar gyfer diogelwch y gweithwyr yn ystod gwaith adfer neu resurfacing sy'n cael ei wneud gan Gyngor Sir Ddinbych.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 2 Tachwedd 2025 am hyd at ddeunaw mis neu tan fwy neu lai gydnabod yr gwaith wedi'i gwblhau. Disgwylir i'r gwaith bara tan tua 16 Tachwedd 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL VALE STREET, RHYL ROAD, RUTHIN ROAD, DENBIGH NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION AND NO OVERTAKING ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order which is to:-

1. Impose temporarily a 10 mph speed limit along the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule. The 10 mph limit will apply when convoy work is in force on any given day.

2. Prohibit all vehicles from overtaking in the said length of road.

The reason for the restriction is to facilitate the safety of workmen during resurfacing by Denbighshire County Council.

The Order commences on 2nd November 2025 for eighteen months or the earlier completion of the works. The works are expected to last approximately until 16th November 2025.

Schedule Lengths of road at Denbigh in the County of Denbigh

(A543) Vale Street; from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Ruthin Road.

(A543) Rhyl Road; from its junction with Abbey Road to its junction with Vale Street.

Ruthin Road; from its junction with Park Street to its junction with Vale Street.
