THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH PP73/3/1 NEAR NEYLAND)

(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The proposed Order is necessary to enable Electricity cabling works to be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all pedestrian traffic other than exempted persons from proceeding along those sections of public footpath PP19/46 & PP19/79 at Neyland – from a point on Church Lake Terrace/Vale Road (grid ref: SM958053) west to a point near Neyland Vale (grid ref SM957054).

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 17th November 2025, for approximately 10 days.

The alternative route for pedestrians will be via Church Lake Terrace, Church Way and B4325 Neyland to Waterston road.

Rhoddîr HYSBYSIAD drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro, nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae’r gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol er mwyn galluogi gwaith ceblau trydan i gael ei gyflawni.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl gerddwyr ac eithrio unigolion sydd wedi’u heithrio rhag mynd ar hyd y rhannau hynny o lwybr troed cyhoeddus PP19/46 a PP19/79 yn Neyland – o bwynt ar Church Lake Terrace/Vale Road (cyfeirnod grid: SM958053) i’r gorllewin i bwynt ger Neyland Vale (cyfeirnod grid: SM957054).

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd priodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 17 Tachwedd 2025 am oddeutu 10 diwrnod.

Y llwybr amgen i gerddwyr fydd trwy Church Lake Terrace, Church Way a ffordd y B4325 rhwng Neyland a Waterston.
