What is happening?

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (MAIZE LANE, WARFIELD) (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER NO 2 2025

Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 82(2), 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effects of the Order: The effects of the Order are to introduce the new lengths of speed limits as detailed in Schedules 1 & 2. The Order was made on the 20th October 2025 and will come into operation on the 31st October 2025.

Further Details: Copies of this notice, the draft Order and Plans may be inspected on the 'Highways Public Notices' page of the Council's website www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Objections: Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 29th day of October 2025, make application to the High Court.

Maize Lane from its junction with Warfield Street southwards for a distance of 90 metres
