(Temporary Prohibition of Driving) "Works" Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make
the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from
proceeding along Stonedale Crescent, L11, (that section
which forms a side road from the main carriageway of
Stonedale Crescent, opposite its junction with River Alt
Drive). For the avoidance of doubt, this relates only to
the aforementioned side road; its northerly extent is at its
junction with the main carriageway of Stonedale Crescent,
from the 8 December 2025 to 7 December 2027 or for
such lesser period of time as dictated by the earlier
completion of the works which are to safely enable
development works to be carried out. The Council
will revoke the Order in full when it is deemed no longer
necessary.
