SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL
STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING RESTRICTIONS, LOADING
RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.33) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 30 October 2025 Sheffield City Council made the above Orders which come into operation on 3 November 2025 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Orders will be to introduce:
Prohibition of Driving except Authorised Vehicles and Permit Holders (School Street) Term Time (excluding Bank Holidays) Mondays to Fridays 8.15am - 9.15am and 2.45pm – 3.45pm on parts of Lopham Street and Montfort Drive. One-Way Traffic on parts of Lopham Street and the whole of Montfort Drive. No Waiting At Any Time on part of Montfort Drive
A copy of the Order may be viewed on the Sealed Traffic Orders section on the Council website at

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 3 November 2025 to make application for that purpose to the High Court.
