SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL (STOPPING RESTRICTIONS, WAITING
RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Sections 1, 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 46A, 49, 51, 53 and 124(1)(c), (d) (f) and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce: No waiting at any time on parts of Burgoyne Road, Harold Street, Whitehouse Lane and Whitehouse Road.

Between 30 October 2025 and 27 November 2025.

Copies of the proposed Orders, plans showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may also be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH.

Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Orders, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent through the web addresses provided or in writing to the undersigned by 27 November 2025.
