(Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling at a speed exceeding 30MPH on the length of the A23 London Road between Airport Way Access and Longbridge Roundabout junction. A lane will be closed and the speed restriction will be in place from 3 November until 14 November 2025.
The Order will also prohibit any vehicles from travelling along the A23 London Road between Airport Way Access and Longbridge Roundabout junction between 2000 hours and 0600 hours on 2 and 3 November and 14 and 15 November 2025 to allow concrete barriers to be installed and removed. The Order is necessary to protect public safety whilst strutural bridge works are undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 2 November 2025 and will last for 18 months or until the proposed works are completed.
