(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 –

(i) prohibit the use of vehicular traffic of Phase 1 -  High St East (from Rodger St to Cunzie St) and Burial Brae (from Cunzie St to School Green); Phase 2 - Cunzie St (from High St East to Cards Wynd); Phase 3 - Kirk Wynd (from Cunzie St to School Green); and Phase 4 - School Green (from Kirk Wynd to Back Dykes).

(ii) prohibit the waiting and loading of vehicles of High St East (from Rodger St to Cunzie St); Burial Brae (from Cunzie St to School Green); Cunzie St (from High St East to Cards Wynd); Kirk Wynd (entire length); and School Green ( from Kirk Wynd to Back Dykes ).

The Order is to allow utility works to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 11/11/25 to 19/12/25 or until earlier completion of the works. The works will be carried out in phases and the alternative routes will be indicated by signage on site as the works progress. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
