What is happening?
Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD TRAFFIG TRWODD) DROS DRO dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984
i fod yn weithredol o 10/11/2025 a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r darn hwnnw o Lôn Llyndir, Yr Orsedd, o’r gyffordd â’r B5445 Ffordd Caer tua’r gorllewin am 45m i alluogi Wales and West Utilities i osod prif bibell nwy newydd yn y lôn gerbydau. Y llwybr arall ar gyfer cerbydau yr effeithir arnynt gan y cau yw ar hyd y B5445 Ffordd Caer, y B5102 Ffordd Llai, y Ffordd o Ffordd Llai i Ffordd Burton, Ffordd Burton, Ffordd Plas Burton, a Lôn Llyndir, a fydd ag arwyddion yn unol â hynny. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal gydol y cyfnod cau. Bydd goleuadau traffig dros dro 2 ffordd ar gyffordd Lôn Llyndir â’r B5445 Ffordd Caer gydol y cyfnod hwn. Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 5 diwrnod gwaith, neu nes cwblhaw’r gwaith os yn gynt, a gallai bara hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
effective from 10/11/2025 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Llyndir Lane, Rossett from its junction with B5445 Chester Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 45m to enable Wales and West Utilities to replace the gas mains in the carriageway. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via B5445 Chester Road, B5102 Llay Road, Road from Llay Road to Burton Road, Burton Road, Burton Hall Road, and Llyndir Lane, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. There will be 2 way temporary traffic lights on the junction of Llyndir Lane and B5445 Chester Road throughout this time. The prohibition is expected to last for 5 working days, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
