TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – ECCHINSWELL ROAD (HYDES PLATT), ECCHINSWELL, SYDMONTON & BISHOPS GREEN, BASINGSTOKE & DEANE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED:

That part of Hydes Platt between its junction with Hyde Lane and its junction with Mill Lane.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE:

Well Street, Cow House Lane, Featherbed Lane.

DURATION OF ORDER:

From Monday 27th October 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.

(Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 4 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
