Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (C1099 Croes-lan, Llandysul) (Gwahardd Traffig Dros Dro) 2025, heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o 28/10/2025, gan wahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Ceir ymyrraeth mewn i gerddwyr. Y ffordd aral er gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin o bwynt i’r gorllewin o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd yw teithio ar hyd yr C1099 i’r gyffordd â’r B4334. Trowch i’r dde i’r B4334 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r B4571. Trowch i’r dde i’r B4571 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r C1069. Trowch i’r dde i’r C1069 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r A486. Trowch i’r dde i’r A486 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r C1099 hyd y pwynt i’r gorllewin o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Mae’r ffordd aral tua 0.1 milltir. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 10/11/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym nes bydd y gwaith ceiau wedi’i gwblhau – bydd hyn yn cymryd tua pythefnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd-ddwyrain o bwynt sydd i’r de-orllewin i darn ffordd a gaewyd bydd teithio ar hyd y Ffordd Baddondy’r i’r gyfalch. Cymewch yr ail ddarn oddi ar y gyfalch gan barhau i’r gyfalch nesaf. Cymewch yr ail ddarn oddi ar y gyfalch gan barhau i’r gyffordd â’r B4548 Heol Gobert. Trowch i’r dde i Heol Gobert gan barhau i’r gyffordd â Heol y Gogledd. Trowch i’r dde i Heol Gogledd gan barhau i bwynt i’r gogledd-ddwyrain i’r darn ffordd a gaewyd ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Cyfanswm pellter o oddeutu 1.2 milltir. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 09/11/2025 a bydd yn parhau nes bydd y gwaith ceiau wedi’i gwblhau - tua 1 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod y Cyngor wedi gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Gwahardd Traffig Trosfryd Dros Dro) (U5227 o U5229 Heol Cwu, Castell Newydd Emlyn) 2025 er mwyn gwahardd cerbydau rhag teithio ar hyd y briffordd hon yn Amserlen yr Hysbysiad hwn. Mae’r Gorchymyn yn dod i rym:

Cam 1 – U5227 o’r gyffordd â’r U5229 i Abergorwig. 29/10/2025 – 13/11/2025.

Cam 2 – U5229 o’r gyffordd â’r B4570 i’r B4333. 29/10/2025 – 13/11/2025.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o bwynt sydd i’r de-orllewin o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd bydd teithio ar hyd y B4570 i’r gyffordd â’r B4333 yng Nghwm Cou. Trowch i’r chwith i’r B4333 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r U5229. Trowch i’r chwith i’r U5229 gan deithio i bwynt i’r gogledd-ddwyrain i’r darn ffordd a gaewyd. Ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i’r de-orllewin. Cyfanswm pellter o oddeutu 3 milltir.

Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 29/10/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym nes bod y gwaith ailymweneb wedi’i gwblhau ymhen tua 3 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Ceredigion County Council

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 28/10/2025 to make the Ceredigion County Council (C1099 Croeslan, Llandysul) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along the C1099 to its junction with the B4334. Turn right onto the B4334 and travel to its junction with the B4571. Turn right onto the B4571 and travel to its junction with the C1069. Turn right onto the C1069 and travel to its junction with the A486. Turn right onto the A486 and travel to its junction with the C1099 and a point west of the closure and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 6.1 miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 10/11/2025 and will continue until cabling works have been completed – approximately 2 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

The alternative route for north-eastbound traffic from a point south-west of the closure is to travel along Bath House Road to the roundabout. At the roundabout take the second exit and travel to the next roundabout. At the roundabout take the second exit and travel to its junction with the B4548 Gwbert Road. Turn right onto Gwbert Road and travel to its junction with North Road. Turn right onto North Road and travel to a point north-east of the closure and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 1.2 miles. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 09/11/2025 and will continue until cabling works have been completed – approximately 1 week. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

NOTICE is given that the Council have made the Ceredigion County Council (U5227 & U5229 Cwm Cou, Newcastle Emlyn) Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along those highways named in the Schedule of this Notice. Pedestrian access maintained.

Schedule:

Phase 1 – U5227 from the junction of the U5229 to Abergorwig.

29/10/2025–13/11/2025.

There is no alternative route.

Phase 2 – U5229 from the junction of the B4570 to the B4333.

29/10/2025–13/11/2025.

The alternative route for north-east bound traffic from a point southwest of the closure is to travel along the B4570 to its junction with the B4333 in Cwmcou. Turn left onto the B4333 and travel to its junction with the U5229. Turn left onto the U5229 and travel to the north-east side of the closure. Vice versa for south-west bound traffic. A total distance of approximately 3 miles.

The Order was implemented on 29/10/2025 and will remain in place until the resurfacing works been completed in approximately 3 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
