Church Road, Risca One-Way Traffic Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made permanent an experimental order the effect of which is: - Allow one-way traffic only along Church Road, Risca in a north westerly direction from its junction with Navigation Road to the junction with the unofficial car park area adjacent to the western side of St. Mary’s Church.

The Order shall come into operation on 28th October 2025 and may be viewed on the Council’s website https://www.caerphilly.gov.uk/Services/Roads-and-pavements/Road-works/Traffic-Regulations-Orders

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by it or that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a’i holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud Gorchymyn arbrofol yn un parhaol a fydd â’r effaith a ganlyn: - Ganiatáu i draffig lifo i un cyfeiriad yn unig ar hyd Church Road, Rhisga, i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Navigation Road i’r gyffordd â’r maes parcio answyddogol gerllaw ochr orllewinol Eglwys y Santes Fair.
