THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM (VARIOUS ROADS, COMPOSITE) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER NO. 3 2025

Wrexham County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1)(2), 4(2)(3), 5 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all enabling powers, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules below.

A copy of the proposed Order and a statement of the council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Environment and Planning Department, Abbey Road Depot, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham and Guildhall, Wrexham, during normal office hours. Wrexham County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2008 is varied or revoked to the extent that it relates to lengths of road in which restrictions are identified by the Schedules to this Notice.

All objections and other representations relating to the Order must be made in writing to the undersigned by 18/11/2025 and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
