What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 202 (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Highways Act 1980 (Sections 90A–90F).

The effect of the Order is to resolve the recurring collision issues on A4154 Woodside Road. To address these issues, several proposals have been made and are listed below:

Plantation Road junction with Woodside RoadProposal of No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Lines – 24/7)
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.

Comments and objections on these proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by 11:59pm on the 14 of Nov 2025 to the Design Services Team, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA, or you can email us your response via highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk with the subject ‘Proposal of Pedestrian Crossings on A4154 Woodside Road’.
