What is happening?
Waiting Restrictions – Pick-up/Drop-off
point, Boyne Bridge Place, Belfast.
The Department for Infrastructure proposes to make an Order entitled The Waiting
Restrictions (Boyne Bridge Place, Belfast – Pick-up and Drop-off Point) (Amendment) Order
(Northern Ireland) 2025.
The Order extends the length of an existing restriction prohibiting vehicles, including vehicles
displaying a disabled person’s badge, from waiting at any time for longer than 10 minutes,
with return prohibited until a period of 1 hour has elapsed, on a length of Boyne Bridge Place,
Belfast. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either

The Department for Infrastructure proposes to make an Order entitled The Motor Hackney
Carriages (Belfast) By-Laws (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2025. The Order
removes the taxi stand on Boyne Bridge Place, Belfast (west side).
