FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 24th October 2025 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in Holywell Road Cut Off Yowley Road, Ewloe in the County of Flintshire.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate gas mains replacement works with associated works by Wales and West Utilities.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 10th November 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will be closed for 3 weeks or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

Rhagwelir y daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 10 Tachwedd 2025, neu cyn gynted ag y’n bosibl wedi hynny. Bydd y ffordd ar gau am 3 wythnos, oni cheir ei chwblhau’n gynt, ond nid mwy na deunaw mis.
