(TRAFFIC REGULATION: RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING,
LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING
PLACES) (VARIATION NO. _) ORDER 202_- TRO/24/33A
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to extend the Permit Parking Area in Westfield St, permit entitlement to all properties in Westfield St & No. 310- 320 & No. 341 Gorgie Rd. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/ edinburgh-city, from 24/10/25 to 14/11/25 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference TRO/24/33A or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Waverley Court Reception, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference TRO/24/33A to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 14/11/25. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
