TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.19) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a northern part width of Rouncil Lane at Kenilworth, in the District of Warwick. This is to enable development as permitted by Warwick District Council, under reference W/24/0477. Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5854). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Kenilworth Library, 11 Smalley Place, Kenilworth, CV8 1QG.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 24 October 2025.
