Change of use from Bank (Class E) to an Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) (Sui Generis) A copy of the application, plans, and other documents submitted may be inspected at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations are available for all persons to inspect. *As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
