What is happening?
BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 29) Order 2025 Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Traffic Movement and Speed Limit Regulations) Consolidation Order 2023 (Amendment No. 21) Order 2025
PROPOSALS Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 16 October 2025, which come into operation on 3 November 2025 as detailed below.
SUPPORTING INFORMATION From 24 October 2024 a copy of this Notice, a copy of the Orders, the reasons for the proposal and the Orders being amended, may be inspected online at: http://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations (search ref P116) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
REPRESENTATIONS If you wish to question the validity of the Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may within six weeks from 16 October 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
