BRIGHTON & HOVE OUTER AREAS (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING) AND CYCLE LANES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2024 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. * 202

(REF: TRO-18B-2025)*

NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council (‘the Council’) proposes to make the Orders named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which if it comes into force will increase some of the loading bays within the Red Routes on London Road (Zone Y) and in Lewes Road (Outer Area. To accommodate the changes in London Road it will be necessary to remove a small section of paid parking. It will also make updates on the orders to ensure what is on the order matches what is on street.

A copy of this Notice, the proposed Orders, plans showing the lengths of road affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be seen online at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/current-tros .

All objections and other representations relating to the proposed Order must be made in writing and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should be sent to the Corporate Director City Operations, Brighton & Hove City Council, TRO Team, Room G40, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove BN3 3BQ quoting the TRO reference number shown above or by e-mail to TROComment@brighton-hove.gov.uk  or online (see details above) no later than 14 November 2025. Please ensure you include your full name and address.
