LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 The Hammersmith and Fulham (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.44) Order 2025 The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading andStopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.44) Order 2025 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has made the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). 2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Order which comes into operation on 5th November 2025 will be to:  1. Chancellors Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay opposite No.62 2. Crisp Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Chancellors Street 3. Distillery Lane - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the southwestern most extremity of Distillery Lane. 4. Manbre Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Lochaline Street 5. Gledstanes Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Charleville Road 6. Queen Caroline Street - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Worlidge Street 7. Vereker Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of May Street 8. Charleville Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Vereker Road 9. Aisgill Avenue : - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the Northern most extremity of Aisgill Avenue 10. Moylan Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Lillie Road 11. Mitre Way - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Bracewell Road 12. Shinfield Street - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the southwestern most extremity of Shinfield Street. 13. Eynham Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the northern most extremity of Eynham Road 14. Erconwald Street - Installation of a Ebike hire bay outside No.59 15. Yew Tree Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay outside No.22 16. Steventon Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay opposite the junction of Sundew Avenue 17. Macbeth Street - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the Southernmost extremity of Macbeth Street 18. Lisgar Terrace - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Matheson Road 19. Lakeside Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Blythe Road 20. Humbolt Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of Brecon Road 21. Melrose Terrace - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the side of 51 poplar grove 22. Ravenscourt Park - Installation of a Ebike hire bay at the junction of King Street 23. Standish Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay opposite the junction of Aiten Place 24. Ravenscourt Road - Installation of a Ebike hire bay under railway bridge 25. Bridge Avenue - Installation of a Ebike hire bay opposite the junction of Down Place 3. A copy of the Order, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made. 4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court may write to the Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk Dated this 29th October 2025 John Galsworthy Director of Climate Change and Transport Public Realm wao W6 9, wao W12 0, wao W14 9, wao W10 6,wao W6 8, wao W6 0, NOM - Ebike
