Eastnor, Temporary Speed Restriction Due To Resurfacing Works

Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as the highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: A438, From A449 To Hollybush, Eastnor, Temporary Speed Restriction Order, to temporarily restrict the speed of vehicles to 10mph on the following roads: A438, From A449 To Hollybush, Eastnor. Grid Ref: 372899/237982 to 373322/237211.

The said restriction is required due to resurfacing works on or near said roads and the likelihood of danger to the public while works are being carried out. The said restriction will be in place for approximately 5 days and will come into force on 10th November 2025. However, the restriction may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State).
