TEMPORARY CLOSURE 407141 BLACK JACK STREET CIRENCESTER TOWN, COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 407141 Black Jack Street from its junction with Silver Street to outside the property known as 'No. 9' for a distance of approximately 21 metres.

The said road is to be closed for works to install overhead BT Fibre Cables.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS WITHINGTON PARISH, COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of road as detailed in The Schedule below.

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for new electrical connection works.

The said roads are expected to be closed during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 27th October 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect. This Order can permit the closure of the roads in any order, or combination as required, and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 7th November 2025. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 501464 THE FURLONGS TO BURDEN COURT FARM, TRESHAM VILLAGE, DURSLEY, STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of 501464 The Furlongs to Burden Court Farm road from its junction with Tresham Village to outside the property known as ‘Cotswold Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 60 metres.

The reason for the closure is for works to overhead BT Fibre cables.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF VARIOUS ROADS (CIRENCESTER TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the closures and restrictions is for carriageway repairs.

There will be no waiting and no loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The said roads are expected to be closed and restricted, during various times, on a rolling programme commencing 27th October 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/ times will be displayed on site prior to the closures and restrictions taking effect. This Order can permit the closure and restriction of the roads in any order, or simultaneously, as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 5th November 2025. However, if the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C170 WELSH WAY (MAISEYHAMPTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C170 Welsh Way from its junction with A417 to its junction with Oldfield, a distance of approximately 20 metres.

The reason for the closure is to allow for the drainage works on behalf of M Group Services.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 24th October 2025 to 17:00hrs on 26th October 2025 only or until the works have been completed. If necessary, the closure can be extended to allow for unforeseen circumstances which may cause delay in completing the works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C371 CIRENCESTER ROAD (TETBURY TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C371 Cirencester Road from outside of the property known as ‘No. 96 Cirencester Road’ to outside the property known as ‘No. 102 Cirencester Road’ for a distance of approximately 31 metres.

The reason for the closure is to allow for a new water main connection.

The said road is expected to be closed from 10th November 2025 to 14th November 2025 or until the works have been completed, whichever is later. If the works are not completed by this date the Order can remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C154 Aleman Street to Ampney Crucis from outside the property known as ‘The Old Mortar Mill’ to its junction with Hitch End for a distance of approximately 160 metres.

The reason for the closure is for works to remove signposts and install signs.
