Notice is hereby given that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Brook Ave (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2025

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Brook Ave from its jct. with Mersey Walk to its jct. with Davenport Ave. The Order will be effective from 12th November 2025 for 1 day, between 9:30am & 3:30pm. The alternative route will be via Mersey Walk, Davenport Ave & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Openreach to carry out pole replacement works.

Mill Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2025

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Mill Ln from its jct. with Birchbrook Rd to its jct. with Wet Gate Ln. The Order will be effective from 3rd November 2025 for 3 days. The alternative route will be via Higher Ln Church Rd, Eagle Brow, The Cross, New Rd, Rushgreen Rd, Birchbrook Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to install a new customer connection.

Parker St Passageway Rear of 36 to 50 (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2025

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Parker Street Passageway Rear of 36 to 50 from its jct. with White St to its jct. with Thynne St. The Order will be effective from 10th November 2025 for 3 days. An alternative route will be signed on site. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to install a new water connection.

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on River Rd at the rear of 172 to 188 Wilderspool Cswy. The Order will be effective from 3rd November 2025 for 1 week. The closure is required to allow United Utilities to carry out sewer repair works.

Warrington Ln, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2025

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Warrington Ln from its jct. with Burford Ln to its jct. with Agden Ln. The Order will be effective from 10th November 2025 for 7 weeks. The alternative route will be via Burford Ln, Higher Ln, Lymm Rd & vice versa. The closure is required to allow for the construction of a flood defence wall & the installation of a HV cable.

Whitesands Rd, Lymm (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2025

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Whitesands Rd from its jct. with Albany Rd to its jct. with The Farthings. The Order will be effective from 25th November 2025 for 1 day. The alternative route will be via Albany Rd, Star Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to carry out transformer replacement works at their substation.

Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 22nd October 2025. The effect of the Order is as follows:–

1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2025, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:–

   (a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of: No waiting at any time:

    The Borough of Warrington (Peace Drive) (One Way & 7.5T Weight Limit) Order 2025

    Notice is hereby given that the Council made an order under Sections 1, 2, 3 & 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 22nd October 2025. The effect of which is as follows:–

    1. To prohibit any Motor Vehicle from proceeding along Peace Dr (From a point 78m east of its jct. with Cromwell Ave) in any direction other than easterly, then southerly, then north westerly.

    2. To prohibit any vehicle exceeding 7.5 tonnes from proceeding along Peace Dr for its entire length, except for the purpose of access.

    The Order will be effective from 3rd November 2025.
