NOTICE OF PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF A
YELLOW BOX JUNCTION MARKING
ST JAMES ROAD, BRACKLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council, as the Local Traffic Authority, proposes to install a yellow box junction marking on St James Road, Brackley, in accordance with Sections 64 and 65 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the provisions of the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016 (Schedule 9, Part 7, Item 25 – Diagram 1043/1044).
The proposed road marking will be introduced to maintain the free flow of traffic and to prevent stationary vehicles from obstructing the junction when the exit is not clear.
LOCATION AND DETAILS OF PROPOSAL
• St James Road, Brackley – Installation of a yellow box junction marking commencing approximately 38.4 metres east of its junction with Oxford Road, extending eastwards for a distance of approximately 28.8 metres.
