(U10511 Wyre Hill/U10513 Forest Close, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of:-

1) U10511 Wyre Hill from its junction with U10512 Merricks Ln for a distance of 153 metres in an easterly direction.

2) U10513 Forest Close from its junction with U10511 Wyre Hill for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Replacement water main by Bailey Civils Ltd on behalf of Wyre Forest DC.

Alternative route: U10511 Wyre Hill (part), B4190 Cleobury Rd, B4190 Winbrook, U10511 Sandy Bank, U10511 Wyre Hill (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days (24hrs). Commencing: 17 November 2025

(U12600 Barnetts Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12600 Barnetts Ln from its junction with U12603 Oldnall Rd to its junction with A448 Comberton Rd.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: U12600 Barnetts Ln (part), A448 Comberton Rd, A449 Chester Rd South, U12603 Oldnall Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 19 November 2025.

(C2127 Perriford Lane, Blakedown) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2127 Perriford Ln from its junction with C2126 Wagon Ln to its junction with A456 Birmingham Rd.

Reason: Edge of carriageway repair and retaining works by WCC.

Alternative route: C2126 Wagon Ln, A451 Stourbridge Rd, A449 Chester Rd North, A456 Birmingham Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days. Commencing: 27 October 2025.

U12352 Broad Street/A451 Horsefair, Kidderminster (Temporary Closure) and

(U12358 Queen Street/A451 Horsefair, Kidderminster) (Prohibition of Right Turn) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of

Closure 1 – U12352 Broad Street (Northwest Closure only) from its junction with U12345 Horsefair to its junction with U12351 Pleasant St.

Closure 2 – A451 Horsefair (right inside lane) from its junction with A451 Stourbridge Rd to its junction with U12345 Broad St and to close that part of:

a) U12358 Queen Street to prohibit turning right onto U12352 Broad St when traveling in a westerly direction for the duration of the works

b) A451 Horsefair prohibit turning right onto U12345 Horsefair when traveling in a westerly direction for the duration of the works.

Reason: Footway and carriageway resurfacing and construction by M Lambe Construction Ltd

Alternative route: A451 Blackwell St, A456 St Marys Ringway Roundabout, A451 Axminster Way, U12346 Churchfields, U12349 Clensmore St, U12352 Broad St (part).

(U10520 Elton Road, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U10520 Elton Rd from a point 33 metres east of its junction with U10521 Morella Cl for a distance of 50 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: U10520 Elton Rd (part), U10516 Hales Park, U10520 Elton Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 17 November 2025.

(B4195 Lombard Street, Stourport On Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of B4195 Lombard St from its junction with U11526 Tan Ln to its junction with U11500 Lickhill Rd.

Reason: Disconnection of gas service by Cadent.

Alternative route: U11526 Tan Ln, U11527 Vernon Rd, U11500 Lickhill Rd.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (24hrs). Commencing: 28 October 2025.

(U13406 New Wood Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U13406 New Wood Ln from its junction with A456 Birmingham Rd to its junction with U13406 Sandy Ln.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

Anticlockwise diversion: U13406 New Wood Ln (part), A456 Birmingham Rd, A449 Chester Rd North, A448 Comberton Rd, A448 Stone Hill, A448 Bromsgrove Rd, A450 Worcester Rd, U13406 Sandy Ln.

(U12147 New Road, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12147 New Rd from its junction with U12151 Corporation St to its junction with U12153 Market St.

Reason: Manhole cover replacement by STW.

Alternative route:

Clockwise: U12147 New Rd (part), U12155 Oxford St, A448 Ringway Roundabout, U12148 Green St, U12510 Dixon St.

Anticlockwise: U12147 New Rd (part), A451 Ringway Roundabout, A451 The Ringway, A456 Coventry St Roundabout, U12160 Coventry St, U12147 Bromsgrove St, U12147 Prospect Hill, U12147 Marlborough St.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 13 November 2025.

(C2061 Stakenbridge Lane, Kidderminster) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2061 Stakenbridge Ln from its junction with A456 Kidderminster Rd South to its junction with C2126 Churchill Ln.

Reason: Bridgework maintenance by Network Rail.

No access for the emergency services, the diversion route must be maintained.

Alternative route: A456 Kidderminster Rd South, A456 Birmingham Rd, C2126 Churchill Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days (24hrs). Commencing: 15 November 2025.

(U11000 Areley Lane, Stourport On Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U11000 Areley Ln from its junction with U11001 Rectory Ln for a distance of 600 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Pole renewal by Openreach.

Alternative route: U11000 Areley Ln (part), B4194 Ribbesford Rd, A451 Dunley Rd, U11000 Areley Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 28 October 2025.

(U10404 Westbourne Street, Bewdley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U10404 Westbourne St from its junction with B4195 Stourport Rd to its junction with B4190 Kidderminster Rd.

Reason: Safe working only by Openreach.

Alternative route: B4190 Kidderminster Rd, A456 Bewdley Bypass, B4195 Stourport Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 28 October 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
