THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (U2342 BALMENACH ROAD, CROMDALE – BT WORKS) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025

Notice is hereby given that on 24 October 2025 The Highland Council made an Order in terms of Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and titled as above. The Order has been made to allow BT contractors to safely undertake works on their network. This Order shall be in operation each day from Saturday 1 November 2025 until Friday 14 November 2025. During these periods the use by vehicles on the length of road specified in the schedule hereto except for use by Emergency Services is prohibited.

A copy of the Order can be viewed at the Grantown-on-Spey Service Point, The Town House, The Square, Grantown-on-Spey PH26 3HF, 10am to 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

SCHEDULE

This is the schedule referred to in the foregoing Order entitled "The Highland Council (U2342 Balmenach Road, Cromdale – BT Works) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025’’

Length of Road to be Closed – U2342: Commencing at its junction with the A95 and extending for a distance of 1.2 kilometres or thereby in a south- easterly direction.

Traffic management and signed diversions will be in place. Please note that emergency and local access will be maintained.
