THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST HELENS
(ATLAS COURT/UNNAMED ROAD OFF ATLAS COURT)
(NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 22nd October 2025, St Helens Borough Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to continue in force indefinitely the provision of the previous Experimental Traffic Regulation Order, as described in the Schedule to the Notice.

SCHEDULE – NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Atlas Court (Both Sides) Its junction with Atlas Street In its entirety
Unnamed Road leading to Atlas House/Torus (Both Sides) Its junction with Atlas Court In its entirety

The order will become operational on 27th October 2025.

A copy of the Order and location plan may be requested via traffic@sthelens.gov.uk or contact 01744 676398 to make an appointment to view relevant documents at the Town Hall Customer Hub.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirements of the Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
