NOTICE is given that Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which:

Station Road, Over Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025 - 1655
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Station Rd, Over as lies between Lowburyholme Road & The Doles. The alternative route for vehicles is via Station Rd, Over; Church End; High St; Willingham Rd; Willingham Rd, Willingham; Over Rd; B1050; Ramper Rd, Longstanton; Over Rd C191, Longstanton; Gravel Bridge Rd, Over; Longstanton Rd; West St; New Rd; Station Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications duct, box installation & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 24/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 23/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 24/11 & 26/11/25.

Mill Lane, Cambridge Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order 2025 - 1659
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Mill Lane, Cambridge as lies between Granta Place & Trumpington St. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecoms duct, chamber installation & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 3/11 & 14/11/25.

Teversham Drift C233, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane - Order 2025 - 1672
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Teversham Drift, Cherry Hinton & Church End. During the period this Order remains in force the City of Cambridge Area E (Consolidation) Order 1993, Schedule 23 - Mandatory With-flow Cycle Lane. Teversham Drift – On its west side from a point 15 metres north of the centreline of Church End northwards for a distance of 159 metres. On its west side from a point 203 metres north of the centreline of Church End northwards for a distance of 125 metres. On its east side from a point 29 metres north of the centreline of Fulbourn Old Drift northwards for a distance of 154 metres. On its west side from a point 192 metres north of the centreline of Fulbourn Old Drift northwards for a distance of 135 metres is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate S278 works, GPR survey & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Teversham Drift C233, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 08:00hrs 3/11 & 16:30hrs 4/11/25.

Limkiln Road, Cambridge Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025 - 1673
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Limekiln Road, Cambridge as lies between Water Distribution Center & Queen Ediths Way. The alternative route for vehicles is via Limekiln Rd; Cherry Hinton Rd, Great Shelford; A1307; Queen Ediths Way & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 4/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 3/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:00hrs & 17:00hrs 4/11 to 5/11/25.

Silverdale Avenue & Brookfield Road, Coton Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1686
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Silverdale Avenue & Brookfield Road, Coton as lies between Nos.26 & 41. The alternative route for vehicles is via St Peters Rd; Whitwell Wy; Silverdale Ave & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate drainage clearing, repairs, maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 10/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 10/11 & 14/11/25.

Station Road, Waterbeach Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1693
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Station Road, Waterbeach as lies between Whitmore Way & St Johns Close. The alternative route for vehicles is via Station Rd; Cambridge Rd C210; Car Dyke Rd; A10; A14; Horningsea Rd C210, Horningsea; High St; Clayhithe Rd; Clayhithe Rd, Waterbeach & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate manhole repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 19:00hrs 3/11 & 05:00hrs 4/11/25.

Lode Road, Bottisham Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1695
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Lode Road, Bottisham as lies between Nos.18 & 26. The alternative route for vehicles is via Lode Rd; High St; Tunbridge Ln; Park Rd; Park End, Swaffham Bulbeck; High St; B1102 & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate manhole repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 10/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 19:00hrs 10/11 & 05:00hrs 11/11/25.

Lode Fen, Lode Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order 2025-1702
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Lode Fen, Lode as lies between Station Court & White Fen Drove. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate carriageway maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 10/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 10/11 & 11/11/25.

Grange Road, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2025-1882
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between St Johns College & Clarkson Road. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 as amended by The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No 84) Order 2000; Schedule 23 Cycle Lane, Part 2 mandatory with flow cycle lane, Grange Road on both sides from its junction with Herschel Road to its junction with Madingley Road is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate sluice valve repair & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 10/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Grange Road, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 10/11 & 12/11/25.

Perne Road A1134, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2025-1884
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Nos.20 & 40. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area E (Consolidation) Order 1993; Schedule 23 Cycle Lane, Part 2 mandatory with flow cycle lane, Perne Road on both sides of the carriageway from its junctions with Brookfields to its junctions with Cherry Hinton Road is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate communication pipe repair & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 12/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 11/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Perne Road A1134, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 12/11 & 14/11/25.

Hobart Road, Cambridge Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1886
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Hobart Road, Cambridge as lies between Marmora Road & Mill Road. The alternative route for vehicles is via Hobart Rd, Mill Rd, Madras Rd, Marmora Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate communication pipe repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 5/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 4/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 5/11 & 7/11/25.

Huntingdon Road A1307, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2025-1898
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Fitzwilliam College & Paula Browne House. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 Schedule 23: Part 2 Mandatory with flow cycle lane Huntingdon Road on its northeast side from a point 50 metres north of its junction with Histon Road to its junction with Halifax Road. Huntingdon Road on its southwest side from a point 40m northwest of its junction with Buckingham Road to its junction with Halifax Road is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 4/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 3/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Huntingdon Road A1307, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 20:00hrs 4/11 & 06:00hrs 5/11/25.

Oakington Road, Dry Drayton Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic - Order 2025-1900
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Oakington Road, Dry Drayton as lies between No.42a & Park Street C193. The alternative route for vehicles is via Park St C193; Madingley Rd; Dry Drayton Rd, Madingley; The Ave; A1307; Oakington Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 5/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 4/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 08:00hrs & 18:00hrs 5/11 to 7/11/25.

Fox Road B1046, Bourn Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1902
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Fox Road B1046, Bourn as lies between MJ Rolls & A1198. The alternative route for vehicles is via B1046; A603; A1198 & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate electrical connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 10/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 10/11 & 11/11/25.

Church Street, Haslingfield Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1939
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Church Street, Haslingfield as lies between Wells Close & Harlton Road. The alternative route for vehicles is via Harlton Rd; Haslingfield Rd, Harlton; High St; Eversden Rd; A603; Fishers Ln, Orwell; High St; Barrington Rd; Orwell Rd, Barrington; West Grn; High St; Haslingfield Rd; Chapel Hill; Chapel Hill, Haslingfield; Church St & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate new water connection & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 3/11 & 5/11/25.

Perne Road A1134, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2025-1940
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between No.20 & Birdwood Road. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area E (Consolidation) Order 1993. Schedule 23 – Cycle lane Part 2 – Mandatory with-flow cycle lane Perne Road – On both sides of the carriageway from its junction with Brookfields to its junction with Cherry Hinton Road is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate chamber cover replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Perne Road A1134, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 20:00hrs & 23:30hrs on 3/11/25.

Cromwell Road, Cambridge Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1953
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Cromwell Road, Cambridge as lies between Coldhams Lane & Fairfax Road. The alternative route for vehicles is via Fairfax Rd; Brampton Rd; Coldhams Ln & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate gas main replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along High Street & Church Lane, Sawston as lies between Church Lane & Orchard Road; St Mary Church & High Street respectively. The alternative route for vehicles is via High St; Hillside; New Rd; Mill Ln; A1301; London Rd, Pampisford; London Rd, Sawston; High St & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate gas main replacement & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 3/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 2/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 3/11 & 28/11/25.

Rogers Close, Elsworth Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order 2025-1960
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Rogers Close, Elsworth as lies between No.17 & Boxworth Road including side roads. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate footway maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 29/10/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 28/4/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 29/10/25 & 28/11/25.

Alms Hill, Bourn Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-1966
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Alms Hill, Bourn as lies between Nos.43 & 51. The alternative route for vehicles is via High St; Gills Hill; B1046; Main St, Caldecote; Highfields Rd; St Neots Rd; Broadway, Bourn; Alms Hill & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate drainage repairs & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 10/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 9/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 10/11 & 14/11/25.

Harding Way, Histon Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic – Order 2025-2013
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Harding Way, Histon as lies between No.8 & Park Lane. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 11/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 10/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 08:00hrs & 18:00hrs 11/11 to 18/11/25.

Footpath Off Hereward Close, Impington Temporary Prohibition Of Use - Order 2025-2014
Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Footpath Off Hereward Close, Impington as lies between Homefield Close & Hereward Close. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 19/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 18/5/26 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out on 19/11/25.

Footpath Leading To Foxhollow, Bar Hill Temporary Prohibition Of Use – Order 2025-2017
Is to stop any pedestrian from proceeding along Footpath Leading To Foxhollow, Bar Hill as lies between Foxhollow and Spine Path. The alternative route for pedestrians will be as signed. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications and associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway and it will come into operation on 17/11/25 and continue until these works have finished or on the 16/5/26 whichever is the earlier. Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Villa Road, Impington as lies between the play area & Primrose Lane. The alternative route for vehicles is via Villa Rd, Primrose Ln & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 24/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 23/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 08:00hrs & 18:00hrs 24/11 to 25/11/25.

Temporary Revocation Of One-Way Traffic Order – Order 2025-2033
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Guest Road, Cambridge as lies between Mill Road & Collier Road. During the period this Order remains in force The City Of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993, Schedule 6 One Way streets, Guest Road, from south to north, Collier Road from its junction with Guest Road to its junction with Wills Road from east to west; Collier Road from its junction with Guest Road to its Junction with Mackenzie Road from west to east, Wills Road from north to south is hereby suspended. The alternative route for vehicles is via Collier Rd; Willis Rd; Mill Rd & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate telecommunications & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 20/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 19/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 09:00hrs & 17:00hrs 20/11 to 21/11/25.

Newmarket Road C291, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane - Order 2025-2038
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Parsonage Street & Auckland Road. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area A (Consolidation) Order 1993 (Amendment No 102) Order 2001; The order of 1993 shall be amended & effect as through the following additions to Schedule 23 Part 2; Newmarket Road, on its north side from its junction with Parsonage Street to a point 46 metres west of the centreline of Auckland Road is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate gas disconnection & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 19/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 18/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Newmarket Road C291, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 19/11 & 21/11/25.

Histon Road B1049, Cambridge Temporary Suspension Of Cycle Lane – Order 2025-2042
Will be to temporarily suspend the cycle lane as lies between Aingers Lane & Chancellors Walk. During the period this Order remains in force The City of Cambridge Area B (Consolidation) Order 1993; Schedule 23, Cycle Lane Part 2 Mandatory with flow cycle lane, Histon Road, on both sides of the carriageway from its junction with Gilbert Road to its junction with Cambridge Road, Impington is hereby suspended. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate gas disconnection & associated works which are being carried out on or near the cycle lane & it will come into operation on 17/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 16/5/27 whichever is the earlier. This Order shall be in force when the signs are in place at each end of the above section of road whilst works taking place on Histon Road B1049, Cambridge are in progress. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 17/11 & 21/11/25.

Fen Road, Cambridge Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic Order 2025-2043
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along Fen Rd, Cambridge as lies between points 20m either side of the railway level crossing situated there as measured from its gates or barriers. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate essential maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 30/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 29/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 00:01hrs & 08:00hrs on 30/11/25.

School Lane & Swansley Lane, Cambourne Temporary Prohibition
Of Through Traffic Order 2025-2056
Is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along School Lane & Swansley Lane, Cambourne as lies between Nos.53 & 81. The alternative route for vehicles is via School Ln; Broad St; Cambourne Rd; A428; A1198 & vice versa. The proposed Order is necessary to facilitate patching, zebra crossing maintenance & associated works which are being carried out on or near this highway & it will come into operation on 27/11/25 & continue until these works have finished or on the 26/5/27 whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that these works will be carried out between 27/11 & 28/11/25.
