What is happening?
THE HARINGEY (VARIOUS ROADS – ALEXANDRA PALACE FIREWORK DISPLAY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
The Council of the London Borough of Haringey intend to make the above Temporary Traffic Order under S14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for public safety and to facilitate the Alexandra Palace Firework display.
THE GENERAL EFFECT OF THE ORDER:
To temporarily close the following lengths of roads specified in column 2 to all vehicles during the dates and times specified in column 1:

Location
Road closure of Alexandra Palace Way/South Terrace N22 for its entire length.

Location
Road closure of Bedford Road N22 for its entire length.
Dates/Times:
Fri 31?? October 2025
21:20 to 22:20

i. Road closure of Buckingham Road N22 for its entire length.
ii. Road closure of Palace Gates Road N22 between its junctions with Crescent Road and Bedford Road.
iii. Road closure of Station Road N22 between its junctions with Park Avenue and Buckingham Road.
To temporarily close the following lengths of roads specified in column 2 to all vehicles except those with a permit issued by Alexandra Palace during the dates and times specified in column 1:

iv. Road closure of Park Avenue North N8 at its junction with Priory Road.
v. Road closure of Priory Avenue N8 at its junction with A504.
vi. Road closure of Linzee Road N8 at its junction with A504.
3. To suspend parking and introduce no waiting/loading in the following lengths of roads specified in column 2 during the dates and times specified in column 1:

ii. Suspension of parking bays on Alexandra Park Road N22 as follows:
a. North side: outside No.135 The Chantry/Bright Horizons Nursery
b. South side: outside No.150 to No.158
c. North side: outside No.163 to No.171
d. South side: outside No.198 to No.210
iii. Suspension of parking bays on Newland Road N8 as follows:
a. South side: Between western property boundary of No.4 to Nightingale Lane (on existing school keep clear markings)
b. North side: Opposite No.1 to junction with Nightingale Lane
iv. Suspension of parking on Nightingale Lane N8 between Newland Road and North View Road

ii. Suspension of parking on both sides of Alexandra Park Road N22: from its junction with Bedford Road, west for 20 metres (adjacent to No.13 and No.15 Bedford Road)
iii. Suspension of parking on Buckingham Road N22: Between St Michael’s Terrace and Bridge Road.
iv. Suspension of parking on Palace Gates Road N22 as follows:
a. North side: Outside No.2 to No.26
b. South side: Outside No.1 to No.31
c. Suspension of parking on both sides of Station Road N22 between its junctions with Park Avenue & St Michael’s Terrace.
vi. Suspension of parking on Park Road N8 as follows:
a. West side: between Muswell Hill and Cranley Gardens
b. East side: between Priory Road and Park Avenue South (outside No.254–316)
