THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEATEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES
What is happening?
THE BOLTONS Northbound Directional Road Closure
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea intends
to make an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 – Section 14 (1)
(A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from
proceeding or waiting in
roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for
residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working
may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR CRANE WORKS.
The Boltons to be closed Northbound from outside
number 19 to The Junction of Boltons Place.
To be closed from 09.00hrs until 17.00hrs on Monday
17th November 2025, with a backup date of Monday 24th
November 2025.
Diverted through traffic may use The Boltons, Tregunter
Road, The Little Boltons, Brompton Gardens, Bolton Place,
The Boltons.
The One-way working of the Boltons northbound, is to be
suspended for the duration of the road closure.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the
permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in
uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used
for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the
purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
