A13 GLA ROAD

(NEWHAM WAY, LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM)

VARIATION ORDER 2025

1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 15th October 2025 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 25th October 2025.

2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to formalise the restriction on site as listed below:

3. The roads which would be affected by the Order are the A13 Newham Way and the ingress leading to Mahindra Way and East Ham Industrial Estate.

4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by visiting our website at https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/tro and selecting the relevant borough and reference the Traffic Order relates to or by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the address below. To arrange an appointment please email trafficorderssection@tfl.gov.uk. Copies of the documents may be requested via email at trafficorderssection@tfl.gov.uk, or by post at the following address quoting reference SNO/REGULATION/STOT//RC/TRO, GLA/2025/0388:

5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
