(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING)
ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
a) Acacia Avenue, Sandhurst in both directions between the junctions of A3095 Rackstraw Road and Apple Tree Way.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via: A3095 Rackstraw Road, Owlsmoor Road, Fakenham Way, Acacia Avenue and this route reversed.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while SGN complete maintenance works to the infrastructure within the carriageway.
The Order came into operation on the 27th October 2025 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. However, It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 27th October 2025 - 14th November 2025.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
