NOTICE STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 25 PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT FOOTPATH No 30 ROCESTER PARISH
What is happening?
Notice is hereby given that a Public Path Creation
Agreement has been made under section 25 of the
Highways Act 1980 between Staffordshire County Council
and the landowner; whereby a public footpath have been
dedicated.
This has the effect of adding public Footpath No. 30,
commencing at the roundabout on Lady Meadow Lane at
grid reference 410273 340138 and running along the
pavement in a generally southerly direction for approximately
336 metres to its junction with the eastern end of Public
Footpath No 16 Rocester Parish at grid reference 410323

Under section 25 there is no right of objection and the
Agreement has taken immediate effect.
