THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES HOGARTH ROAD
What is happening?
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has made an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 – Section 14 (1)(A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR UTILITY WORKS.
Hogarth Road to be closed from the junction of Earl's Court Road to the junction of Barkston Road.
To be closed from 09.00hrs until 15.00hrs each day from Monday 3rd November until Wednesday 5th November 2025, or until the works are completed.
Diverted through traffic may use Earl's Court Road, Barkson Gardens, Courtfield Gardens.
The One-Way Working of Hogarth Road, is to be suspended for the duration of the works.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
