2025. (Bennett Street) (Temporary Prohibition of
Driving) Order 2025.
Notice is hereby given that the Council has made the
above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from
proceeding along Bennett Street, L19, from its junction
with St Marys Road to property Nº4 Bennett Street, from
the 24 November 2025 to the 27 February 2026, or for
such a lesser period of time as dictated by the early
completion of the works which are to safely enable
Liverpool City Council contractors to undertake
essential highway maintenance works. However, no
works will be undertaken between the 22 December
2025 to the 5 January 2026. A signed diversion will be
erected for the duration of the works.
