November 2025. (Mersey Road) (Temporary Prohibition
of Driving) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make
the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The
Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle
from proceeding along Mersey Road, L17, between
property No61 Mersey Road and a point 48m southwest
of Desford Road, from 10pm overnight to 6am the
following morning each day during the period of the
27 November 2025 to the 31 January 2026, or for
such a lesser period of time as dictated by the early
completion of the works which are to safely enable the
operation of a crane. A signed diversion will be erected
for the duration of the works.
