RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn i wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd Llysfaen, Hen Golwyn o gyffordd Ffordd y Graig i gyffordd Highlands Road.

Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Highlands Road i’r A547 ac yn ôl i Ffordd Llysfaen ac fel arall. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr a’r gwasanaethau brys yn ystod y gwaith.

Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso gwaith ail-wynebu’r ffordd a daw i rym ar 10 Tachwedd 2025 a bydd mewn grym am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 4 wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

SECTION 14(1)

The County Borough of Conwy

(Llysfaen Road Old Colwyn)

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic)

Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will prohibit vehicles proceeding along that length of Llysfaen Road Old Colwyn from junction of Ffordd y Graig to junction of Highlands Road.

The alternative route will be via Highlands Road to the A547 and back on to Llysfaen Road and vice versa. Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.

The Order is necessary to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works and comes into effect on 10 November 2025 for a maximum period of 4 weeks.
