Alloa Town Centre (Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2025
The Council proposes to make the above Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will amend “The Clackmannanshire Council (Alloa Town Centre) (Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) Order 2011 as amended”, by adding to Schedules 20 and 100 to amend waiting restrictions in Alloa Town Centre to add more disabled parking on High Street, Alloa and to make amendments to the southern most suspended area where the bins are now located to accommodate these changes. Schedule 20 – side and section of road on which parking is permitted for disabled persons’ vehicles between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive: Mill Street, Alloa – on the south-east side thereof: 2. From a point 7 metres or thereby north-east of the extended east kerbline of Mar Street in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 12 metres or thereby; and on the north-east side thereof: From a point 16 metres or thereby north-east of the extended east kerbline of High Street in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 13 metres or thereby.
High Street, Alloa – On the east side thereof: 2. From a point 92 metres or thereby north of its junction with Mill Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 13 metres or thereby. Schedule 100 – side and section of road on which parking is suspended at all times: High Street, Alloa (On the east side thereof: 2. From a point 82 metres or thereby north of its junction with Mill Street in a northerly direction for a distance of 10 metres or thereby. Various Streets, Sauchie (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Sauchie) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 23rd September 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Mar Place, Sauchie (From its junction with Main Street to its junction with the B908, a distance of 180 metres or thereby). Parkhead Road, Sauchie (From its junction with the A908 to its junction with the B908, a distance of 170 metres or thereby). Alternative route via Main Street and Holton Crescent and vice versa. The order runs from 1245 hours until 1345 hours on Sunday 9th November 2025. The order is required to facilitate the Armistice Ceremony.
A91 Dollar Road, Tillicoultry (Temporary Rolling Road Closure) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (A91 Dollar Road, Tillicoultry) (Temporary Rolling Road Closure) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 23rd September 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at A91 Dollar Road, Tillicoultry (From a point outside Tillicoultry Parish Church eastwards until the cemetery gates, a distance of 345 metres or thereby).
The order runs from 1115 hours until 1130 hours on Sunday 9th November 2025. The temporary rolling road closure is required to facilitate the Remembrance Sunday parade.
Various Streets, Alloa (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Alloa) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24th September 2025: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Bank Street, Alloa (From its junction with Coalgate, southwards until its junction with Bedford Place, a distance of 165 metres or thereby). Bedford Place, Alloa (From its junction with Bank Street westwards until its junction with St Mungos Wynd, a distance of 94 metres or thereby). Church Street, Alloa (From its junction with Bedford Place northwards until its junction with Glebe Terrace, a distance of 217 metres or thereby). Union Street, Alloa (From its junction with Bank Street eastwards until its junction with Broad Street, a distance of 36 metres or thereby). Stripehead, Alloa (From its junction with Broad Street westwards until its junction with Bank Street, a distance of 52 metres or thereby). The order runs from 1030 hours until 1130 hours on Sunday 9th November 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary for public safety during Alloa Remembrance Day service. Access will be maintained for emergency services and pedestrians.
Upper Hillfoot Road, Dollar (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Upper Hillfoot Road, Dollar) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2025, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8th October 2025: Schedule 1 where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Upper Hillfoot Road, Dollar (From its junction with Tarmangie Drive, eastwards for a distance of 230 metres or thereby). Diversion Via Upper Hillfoot Road, A91, Manse Road, The Ness, Tarmangie Drive and vice versa. The order runs from 1000 hours until 1130 hours on Tuesday 11th November 2025. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to facilitate works by Scottish Water.
