What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(ST JOHNS ROAD, EXMOUTH) (NO. 3)

ORDER 2025

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From 29/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 3/11/25.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: St Johns Road, Exmouth.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - St. John’s Road > B3179 Outer Ting Tong > B3179 Knowle Hill > B3178 Salterton Road > Dinan Way > St. John’s Road & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Pole Change & Reconducting. For additional information contact: National Grid.

(HULHAM ROAD & DINAN WAY FOOTPATH, EXMOUTH)

(NO. 2) ORDER 2025

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From 20/10/25 for a maximum of 18 months.

Anticipated Finish 1/12/25.

No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths.

Roads affected: Hulham Road & Dinan Way Footpath, Exmouth.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Pedestrian Diversion: Footways Along Tennyson Way, Byron Way Then Through A Footpath Leading To Hulham Road & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Hulham Road/Dinan Way Roundabout Works.
