Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 — B4096 Alcester Road from its junction with U22017 Pikes Pool Ln to its junction with B4096 Hewell Ln.

Closure 2 — B4096 Hewell Lane from its junction B4096 Alcester Rd to its junction U22402 Hollowtree Ln.

Reason: Pole Replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: B4096 Hewell Ln (part), B4184 Alcester Rd, B4184 Finstall Rd, B4184 New Rd, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, A38 Birmingham Rd, A38 Lickey End Roundabout, B4096 Alcester Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 22 October 2025.

(A38 Roman Way Exit Slip Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of A38 Roman Way Exit Slip Rd from its junction with A38 Roman Way (Southbound) to its junction with A4133 High Park Roundabout.

Reason: Parapet repairs and jetting to subway by WCC.

Alternative route: A38 Roman Way (Southbound), A38 Droitwich Outer Relief Roundabout, A38 Roman Way (Northbound), A4133 High Park Roundabout.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 17 November 2025.

(U42016 Chequers Lane, Wychbold) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U42016 Chequers Ln from its junction with St Richards Rd to its junction with C2004 Stoke Rd.

Reason: Slit cutting works by WCC.

Alternative route: A38 Worcester Rd, U42015 Church Ln, C2004 Stoke Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 14 November 2025.

(C2058 Gannow Road, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2058 Gannow Road from its junction with A38 Birmingham Rd to its junction with Gannow Walk (NSG Ref 047004117).

Reason: Renewal of damaged signposts by WCC.

Alternative route: A38 Birmingham Rd, C2057 Callowbrook Ln, C2057 Callowbridge Rd, C2058 Egghill Ln, C2058 Leach Heath Dr, C2058 Whettybridge Rd, C2058 School Rd, C2058 Gannow Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 November 2025.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U20004 Church Rd from its junction with U20005 Woodland Rd to its junction with U20006 Victoria Rd.

Reason: Pole renewal by Openreach.

Alternative route: U20005 Woodland Rd, U20006 Victoria Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 19 November 2025.

(C2085 Addis Lane, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2085 Addis Ln from its junction with A442 Kidderminster Rd to its junction with the access to Hollyhead Cottages.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: A442 Kidderminster Rd, C2146 Ford Ln, B443 Alley and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 November 2025.

Order made: To close that part of B4096 Hewell Ln from its junction with C2001 Stoney Ln for a distance of 200 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F40021 Westlands Rd to Westlands Walk from its junction with U41720 Westwood Avenue for a distance of 25 metres in an easterly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: Link Footpath F40021 Westlands Rd to Westlands Walk (part), Link Footpath F40006 Westlands Walk, U41737 Farmers Way, U41739 Farmers Green, Link Footpath F40018 Farmers Green to Deerings Road, Link Footpath F40018 Farmers Green to Deerings Rd, Link Footpath F40017 Farmers Court (side of No. 64 and 77), U41720 Westwood Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 27 October 2025.

EXEMPTIONS:

TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Establishment of a Puffin Crossing on A448 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove

NOTICE is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to establish a Puffin Crossing to service pedestrians in Bromsgrove as follows:–

The crossing is to be located on A448 Kidderminster Road Bromsgrove at a point 13 metres east of its junction with Dawson Road.
