County Oak Avenue, Temporary Road Closure To Allow Deliveries To A Development Site

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – COUNTY OAK AVENUE, BRIGHTON
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
The following will only be in force as and when signed:-
(a) The temporary closure of County Oak Avenue, Brighton from its junction with Carden Hill to its junction with Crabtree Avenue.
The Order is necessary to allow deliveries of large items to a development site.
Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.
This Order comes into force on 12 November 2025 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
