THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS LOCATIONS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER2025 (M25-134) |b|uNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN|b|u that the Nottinghamshire County Council has made an Order, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, in respect of roads at |bMansfield and Forest Town|b in the |bDistrict of Mansfield|b The effects of the Order will be: |b1. Vehicles are prohibited from proceeding in the following length of road:|b a. |bBarringer Road, Mansfield - From its junction with Mossdale Road to its junction with Old Mill Lane|b b. |bOld Mill Lane, Forest Town - From its junction with Barringer Road to its junction with Clipstone Road West|b |b2. Vehicles are prohibited from waiting, loading and unloading in the following length of road|b a. |bBarringer Road, Mansfield (Both Sides) - From its junction with Mossdale Road to its junction with Old Mill Lane|b b. |bOld Mill Lane, Forest Town (Both Sides) - From its junction with Barringer Road to its junction with Clipstone Road West|b 3. All existing permanent restrictions will be temporarily suspended as required. 4. The restrictions specified above shall only be in effect when the signs are in place. |b|uIT IS INTENDED|b|u that the prohibitions respecting the above road or roads will apply as follows: |bFrom 20:00 Monday 27th October, 2025|b |bUntil 15:30, Wednesday 19th Novemeber, 2025 Inclusive.|b |b|uAND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN|b|u that during the period of restriction the alternative route available will be: a. Barringer Road, Old Mill Lane, Clipstone Road West, Ravensdale Road, Barringer Road & vice versa b. Old Mill Lane, Leeming Lane South, New Mill Lane, Sandlands Way, Old Mill Lane & vice versa Or - Old Mill Lane, Clipstone Road West, New Mill Lane, Sandlands Way, Old Mill Lane & vice versa The Order will come into force on |bMonday 27th October, 2025|b and any prohibition in it shall apply on that day and any subsequent day when necessary to enable works to be carried out. The Order shall continue in force until the works are completed (within a maximum period of 18 months).
