What is happening?
THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
(DRAYTON, KYBIRD CLOSE, SIDNEY BUNN WAY) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2025
The Norfolk County Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Norfolk County Council (Drayton, Kybird Close, Sidney Bunn Way) (20 mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2025
The effect of this Order will be to:
de-restrict the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule below.
introduce a 20mph Speed Limit Zone and thereby prohibit any motor vehicle from exceeding 20 miles per hour along the lengths of road specified below.

Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of Broadland District Council, Horizon Business Centre, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich, NR7 0WF, during normal office hours. Online viewing is encouraged.Any objections and representations relating to the Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. All correspondence for these proposals must be received at the office of nplaw, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH, marked for the attention of the nplaw Traffic Regulation Order Team by 11th November 2025. They may also be emailed to trafficorders@norfolk.gov.uk.
