What is happening?

THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL

(FAKENHAM, 1P702 BRICK KILN ROAD & 1P729 FARM DRIVE) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2025

Norfolk County Council propose to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce a 20 mph speed limit zone along the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.

A copy of the draft Order, a plan and Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be viewed online at www.norfolk.citizenspace.com

. Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of North Norfolk District Council, Council Offices, Holt Road Cromer, NR27 9EN during normal office hours. Online viewing is recommended.

Any objections and representations relating to the Order must be made in writing and must specify the grounds on which they are made. All correspondence for these proposals must be received at the office of nplaw, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, NR1 2DH, marked for the attention of the nplaw Traffic Regulation Order Team by the 11th November 2025. They may also be emailed to trafficorders@norfolk.gov.uk

1P702 Brick Kiln RoadFrom its junction with the U14059 Rudham Stile Lane northwards for 52 metres

From 52 metres north of its junction with the U14059 Rudham Stile Lane around its entire loop, a distance of 326 metres

1P729 Farm DriveFrom its northern junction with the 1P702 Brick Kiln Road eastwards to its southern junction with the 1P702 Brick Kiln Road for a distance of 271 metres
