What is happening?

WAKEFIELD COUNCIL

(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA),

(WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND ON-STREET

PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION

ORDER 2016) AMENDMENT NO. 9

ORDER 2025 BUTLER WAY, WAKEFELD

The Council of the City of Wakefield proposes to make the above Order under its powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which, in relation to: Butler Way, Wakefield is to vary the Council of the City of Wakefield (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And On-Street Parking Places) (Consolidation Order 2016) by:-

Introducing lengths No Waiting at Any Time

(Double Yellow Lines) & No Waiting Mon-Fri

8am-9:30am & 3pm-4:30pm (Single Yellow

Lines) on all or parts of the following roads:-

BUTLER WAY

If you wish to examine the proposed Order you can view a copy on the website www.wakefield. gov.uk/tro. It does include copies of plans showing the proposed changes to the road as well as a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order. If you have any queries regarding the order, please e-mail trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection in writing or by email to trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk to reach the undersigned by not later than 12 noon on 13th November 2025 quoting reference CEA/25/9.
