What is happening?

WAKEFIELD COUNCIL

(TRAFFIC REGULATION) (NO 3) ORDER 2025 ENVIRONMENTAL 7.5 TONNE

WEIGHT RESTRICTION

BRANDY CARR ROAD AND JERRY CLAY LANE, WRENTHORPE

The Council of the City of Wakefield propose to make the above order under their powers in the Road Traffic Act 1984, the effect of which, in relation to Brandy Carr Road & Jerry Clay Lane, Wrenthorpe will be to introduce a 7.5 tonne weight restriction.

If you wish to examine the proposed Order you can view a copy on the website www.wakefield.gov.uk/tro. It does include copies of plans showing the proposed changes to the roads as well as a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order. If you have any queries regarding the order, please e mail trafficregs@wakefield.gov.uk.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection in writing or by e mail to trafficregs@wakefield.gov. uk to reach the undersigned by not later than 12 noon on 13th November 2025 quoting reference TRO/25/3.
