PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole Council has made the above Order on 7 October 2025 which comes into operation on 27 October 2025 as detailed below.
SUPPORTING INFORMATION
From 17 October 2025 a copy of this Notice, a copy of the Order, the reasons for the proposal and the Order being amended, may be inspected online at: http://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations (search ref P119) and at the Customer Contact Centre, BCP Council, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA (by appointment only) Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, contact: traffic@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).
REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from 7 October 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
